The Devon Rex is a relatively healthy breed.  They can be prone to seasonal allergies, causing excessive tearing and sneezing.  The breeds elfin like face can have a shallow tear ducts causing tearing and "eye boogers".  A daily cleaning of any eye goop is required to keep those areas clean.

HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) is a the most common heart condition in ALL cats.  Two HCM clear parents can pass along HCM, and some cases are idiopathic.
